Mecklenburg County does not deliver mulch or compost but will list firms that have indicated to us that they are available to deliver mulch and compost specifically from our inventories. The County does not endorse any firm, and you are free to contact other firms not on this listing:

If you choose to use one of our Preferred Haulers, you pay them for the total service, NOT Mecklenburg County.  The cost you pay includes paying for materials and transport to your home or business. They should not mark up any cost of our materials. However, costs may vary depending on if customers want the mulch dumped or spread, and how far they travel to your home or business.
